The fact that he didn't even know his former boss DIED, despite there most definitely would have been a *company-wide* email notifying all the staff, including c-suite execs and supervisors, and there likely would've been a day of mourning for supervisors and above to attend, Watarai REALLY had no excuse to NOT know about it. Ok , Yui's father ( the deceased CEO) really put the company in a precarious situation with his vagueness , vague last will, vague message to sato , among others. I mean , with no definitive last will , it'll hard to decide who'll be the new CEO , and is also risky , since conspiracy might arise , regarding the message to sato, with no detailed plan , his plans will be very hard to execute. I'm glad that despite all the vagueness of the deceased CEO ,, things turned out well. Good story.
