Hahaha … I enjoy making this style of video - it gives me the flexibility to just hit record and work. I’ve got some junk in my trunk and the coil springs are original 😛

Happy New Year James, nice job of R & R with all new brake parts. I just spent 300.00 to have all 4 wheels done on Our Mit Outlander down here in Plattsburgh,NY. You mite try putting a few drops of ATF fluid in Your anti seize and mix it. Keeps it from drying up.
@KillingItCountry Жыл бұрын
Really!!?? I’ll try that Jim, thanks!! You ever notice that the darn brush never reaches the bottom of the container???

Great work on the brake job. It is great that you can get new parts that easy

How's she goin'? Nice job on the brakes there James. Smart idea to take the parts to the parts store to only make the one trip!!! Take care!!!

If there’s anything at all in this video to learn (and there isn’t much LOL) it’s that you should take the old parts with you to the auto parts store!!

Howdy James. Your weather is crazy up there. Good job on the brakes. Just be thankful that it East’s Dodge Caravan that you had to work on🤣 The brine solution that road maintenance uses down here in Iowa is really hard on everything. Even the roads. They usually apply before the bad weather hits and then several passes while clearing. That stuff does a number on all the components that it can get into, which is pretty much all of them

That dodge caravan is still around - driven by my sister. It just barfed the power steering fluid all over my driveway … we had it towed and another quick fix. One. More. Winter. from the caravan!!! Thanks for watching Gary!!

Impressed you have been able to keep the emergency brake cables working in the rust ... I don't have such luck in Michigan salt... your salt situation looks worse.

The e-brake gets applied every time the car gets parked - that’s the only reason it’s in hood working order! Thanks for watching!
