Waiting for me ZL1 1LE also. Apparently plant has shut down now til November but we’ll have to wait and see if that’s happened. Was originally supposed to be closed til end of June 🤷‍♂️

Mine did the same thing this week. It felt like if I was driving it with the hand break on. I switched to touring mode and nothing. I even restarted the car a couple of times and nothing. Funny thing is, the morning that I was supposed to take it to the dealership it started acting normal again. Mine is an LT1 2021 A10. Let me know what they say!

It happened to mine and they repaired it in a few hours ! Said it was transmission module

My dads got a 2021 LT1 with the 10 speed with 2,400 miles hopefully this isn’t a view into what the future is with the 10 speed. Saw one on a Facebook group that completely failed at 13,000 miles something to do with the valve body

My 2021 camaro lt1 is at the dealer, as of today. Seems to have tranny issues...when coming to a stop at around 5 mph the rpms surge from 500 to 800. Also, 4th gear bogs down in acceleration. Its a Bummer.

At one point it seemed to have stopped slipping, I thought maybe it just needed to be up to running temperature, I shut it off and turned back on and it was acting up again, even while warmed up.

Pull battery for 5mins it resets the transmission

Were you running regular gas? I hear if you don’t run premium (91/93) it will run like shit

Yes I always use 93. it is fixed, didn’t take long, the dealer reset the shift points

I would never do burnouts or donuts on a car that wasn't purpose built for it, you'd have to put at least another five grand into it for that ... nice mask, thanks for saving the world for both of us.

Where would you put the 5 grand to make it a proper drift car?

@@motoville6327 I would put it in the drivetrain; axles, driveshaft, etc and the suspension components, rated for higher horsepower then the car comes with, especially if you plan on adding power, that way if you're going to play on the street with your car, there's much less risk of you breaking it. 5K is just a start, if you have more money that you can drop, you'll probably want to get a beefier transmission and build everything up connected to the drivetrain and suspension. It can get pretty spendy. Manufacturers build a safety margin into their components, they know that some buyers will push their cars hard and they want to limit liability and repair costs to themselves and their customers, but they can only do so much when they're trying to make these cars affordable.
