What a lot of people don’t understand is you never lose anything after you break up. All those happy experiences, memories and feelings are still there. You’re simply beginning a new chapter with all the experiences that you’ve gained. It depends on how you look at it but you are a better/different person than six years ago. It is always hard to go through a break up or the loss of a beloved person but we should never think about it as lost time. The best advice i can give you is to do what you like listen to music to get a bit over it hang out with friends and family play games do what u love and that ex will be no more part of your life.
