you should collect your data a little better for proper correlation investigation - 1 row for each request - ban reason, apology, ban/unban; so you can see what types of apologies work best, which ban reasons are most/least likely to result in an unban, etc. etc.. with some formatting you can get it auto-inputted into the same chart you have right now too!

The thing is I see Ludwig's unban videos and his are mostly "Haha Ludwig short" "ban me" "loser/nerd" comments (when directed at him). Of course there are creepy comments towards him too, but most are just mere idiocy and hate directed at others. Compared to his, QT (and female streamers in general) has a lot of shit to put up with.
