Album ranking, let's go! 1. Bitter Sweet (Like literally everyone thinks, this song has the usual purki vibe. I am a big fan of the dance break part, especially because it uses cowbells.) 2. Voyager (Although I dislike ballads, this one hits hard for no reason. I like the song meaning and it isn't boring at all.) 3. BBB (Overall a weird song. It has its highs (pre chorus) but definetly also its lows (the chorus). BBB is weak if you compare it to any other title track. Swans vocals kinda save it but I think this song has the potential to become very annoying very quickly.) 4. Intro : Crush (I actually like the singing. However, this intro is bland and empty. Every intro they made is iconic, this one probably won't be.) 5. Toy Boy (This song isn't catchy and I dislike the title.) 6. Heart Attack (not terrible but boring.) BXX is strange. This time around, I feel like the b-sides were quite underwhelming (looking at you, Toy Boy). Something feels off about the production quality. Not only with the mv but also with every song. Will RBW change their approach to purki's concept? Will Purki morph into something similar to Kepler?

Bittersweet reminds me of Pretty Psycho. When memeM hit and "flopped" PurKi quickly switched to Pretty Psycho and ended the promotion period with that. Sooooo I'm thinking Bittersweet is the back up plan. I'm pretty sure BBB is either you love it or hate it so it might be harder to promote. BUT yeah, I somewhat understand why the production for BXX was been cheaper (especially the music video) because Purple Kiss' sells have been dropping the last few years. I don't think they can afford an expensive MV at this point. Too many people are sleeping on them and now it's starting to hurt them. Sweet Juice SHOULD have been a contender for song of the year in 2023. You know it, I know it... but if no one outside our circle sees it then it might as well be invisible. Could it have competed with I AM and Queencard? Hell yes it could have! I don't know if it'd win every battle, but it was good enough to stand up next to them. It's sure as hell was just as good (if not better) than Unforgiven, and people gave that a lot of slack because of who was sining it. So it's just a shame that people won't give Purple Kiss a chance.

Sweet Juice is legit one of the best 4th gen title tracks I've heard. It's beautifully produced. I'll always be a little salty about it not getting the recognition it deserves

Reading the lyrics of Voyager, I feel a fresh start for them and a reflection on what kind of group they want to be from now on. Lyrics: "You and my story to be colored on pure white drawing paper Our voyager begins now The gently blowing wind feels so good Raise the sail, anywhere is ok I'm somehow excited about a new beginning again Now where we go now? As a faded dream" The song feels like a farewell, but a farewell to those dreams that no longer make sense. Because the dreams they had before have disappeared and they need a new beginning. In these 3 years, seeing groups that debuted after them getting an audience and awards, the departure of a member, meeting fans for the first time at shows and feeling their energy, I feel like they know they need to change their plans and make new dreams together. I like that even if the fandom likes the title or not, they continue with the group because they know that one of the b-sides they will like.

My album ranking: 1. Voyager (This is the first time I have ever ranked a ballad song this high lmao 😭 It really gives me a feeling that I’m in the vast sea just like what’s written in the lyrics) 2. Bitter Sweet (The later part in the chorus sounds a bit boring, but overall it sounds good. Should have been the title track) 3. Toy boy (I wish the instrumentals in each part would match each other better, but overall the song sounds pretty catchy) 4. Intro: Crush (I don’t get the hate everyone has on this since the intro and the chorus sound pretty catchy, the verse sounds boring though) 5. Heart Attack (It is ok but I kinda hate how they sing the first part of the chorus) 6. BBB (Tbh I think only Goeun’s “To save you” and the prechorus part sound good. The rest is just…so mid. The low-budgeted MV even makes it worse) 👉 Overall: 6/10. Honestly I think this is their WORST release ever, not too bad but definitely not top-notch.

When they said hacker concept I expected like a 2nd part of Nerdy. Y'know that like police so like them to show how they are going to how they hacked that computer and all of that. But the MV was very low-budget and we can see it clearly. My faves are Bitter Sweet and Voyager from this album and they're one of my favourite Purki's song. I imagine Voyager at the end of their concert. For that part similar to Latata, they both probably used the same sample. Bsides this album dominated so much. This album has such good bsides and I hope they promote some of these. My ranks : 1. Bitter Sweet 2. Voyager 3. Toy Boy 4. Heart Attack 5. BBB 6. Intro:Crush Overall this album is great, aside from the intro and title track all other songs are amazing. I personally found 2 or 3 songs one of Purki's best and I'm excited to see what more they could offer us next comeback.

Overall the album was a 6/10. I’ll have to listen more so it can grow on me. The b-side I enjoyed the most was heart attack,it’s so catchy and makes me really happy. The tittle track was also pretty good too but the chorus could be better. Tbh the intro was pretty disappointing that’s why this comeback/album is a 6/10 for me. I was so sad tho because all purple kisses intros are iconic 😔😔. Anyways plorys stream ur favorite songs on the album. Let’s get this comeback recognition! Btw I love ur videos❤️❤️❤️❤️

1. Heart attack (9.3) I'll eat up anything chaein makes/Toy boy (9.2) i loved it when it was teased, and still do now. It's only 0.1 point less that heart attack because i loved heart attack first listen, and kinda found the verses of toy boy underwhelming on first listen *though I do think I'll like toy boy more than heart attack after a while lol 2. Bittersweet (9) was pleasantly surprised because i thought the post chorus was the chorus and thought it was forgettable. HOLY SHI- THO THAT PRE CHORUS AND CHORUS WAS IMMACULATE (and as much as i like bbb, i kinda wish it was the tt, it kinda has that purki element the title lacks) 3. BBB (8.7) kinda love the song and the way they sing, uggghhh. Loved the chorus too but i know I'll grow tired of it while they promote 😭 lacks that element of purki in it, but it's nice! And i absolutely ADORE the instrumental aahhhaagshsh in love with it actually 4. Voyager (9) i still rated it more than bbb, even if i ranked it below it, cus I'm biased towards slow songs 😤 love them with my heart. Only lower than bbb cus I'm not in my "ballad" mood rn... 5. Intro: voyager (3) i didn't have much expectations for it, and honestly it was so much worse. The "chorus" part (the one they teased) is bearable for me, the rest tho is just messy, and as u said, doesn't mix at all. It's just super confusing as a song, and the vocals and backing track do NOT match at all. Overall 8/10 only because of the intro, sadly, otherwise it was a solid 9/10

I'm so proud of you for not hating Voyager!! I would literally rank the b-sides in the opposite order you ranked them lol But I feel pretty similar about the title track. You already know how I feel about it. I don't hate the intro like you do lol it's quirky and I like it. My ranking would be: 1. Voyager (Possibly my new favorite Purki song. It is a masterpiece.) 2. Heart Attack (Chaein does Chaein things.) 3. Intro : Crush (It's just a fun little intro. I like it.) 4. Toy Boy (This song doesn't do much for me. I think it's kinda boring.) 5. BBB (I wish the chorus was less repetitive. It's probably my least favorite Purki title track.) 6. Bitter Sweet (I don't like the production or general sound of the song. It could grow on me though. Idk if it will though.) I would probably call it their 2nd worst mini-album. But there's a sizable gap between the top 4 and the bottom 2. Voyager and Heart Attack really save this album for me.

I respect your opinion and have yet to fully check out the b-sides but I also gotta say, as much as I love Purki, BBB is a disappointment for me. The song gets in line with most other recent Kpop songs with repeating and easy to remember lyrics. (Which do well for some reason) There's nothing special about it or anything unique Purki is known for. I hope this is just an experiment. Again, I love Purki and I hope Plory is one of the rare fandoms that can take and give criticism and not blindly yell "ate" at everything their group puts out.

Similar opinions to people about the intro and BBB. I love their slow songs usually so was happy with Voyager and Heart Attack. Bitter Sweet isn't my type of song, but I liked Toy Boy. I can't see any of these b-sides becoming faves though, which is pretty sad as Purple Kiss is one group I usually love their b-sides as much as their title tracks (Hate Me Hurt Me Love, Pretty Psycho, Joah, Love Is Dead & 2am are some of my fave songs). So for me the b-sides don't make up for the title track this time sadly

I definitely agree with your opinion on 'BBB' Funny thing is, when 'Zombie' first released I was afraid I wasn't going to like it bc I expected the 'zombie-bie-bie-bie' part to be most of the chorus and then when it dropped I loved it from the first listen Now I expected the 'bad behavior, bad b bad b' part to also *not* be the whole chorus and looked forward to loving this song, only to being sorta meh about it after it released

Thanks for sharing your opinions! I agree with some and disagree with others but it’s all subjective. I know you made this before we saw the intro performance but that made me like it more than BBB itself. (Why is it called BBB anyway? Is it supposed to be like Bad Bitch Behavior?) Anyway, I also like the b-sides more than the title. I don’t really like songs with “repetitive” choruses either, but Young Posse just released XXL and it does that and I love it, so I guess some songs just do it better
