A 2-0-5 tack shooter can be S tier when paired with an alchemist buff and either Gwendolin or a 2-3 monkey village, which allows the tack shooter to pop all balloon types

Good list but elite defender needs to be higher as you basically need it for boss events except dreadbloon obviously
