I found this channel purely by accident. It’s my new favourite! Watched a few today and I’ll be watching more. No nonsense, no flashy intros, just simple, good videos. Inspired me to actually finally think about doing my own channel. Can’t wait to see more, honestly!

Wow, thank you for that! I have been finding it hard recently to make videos as wondered if people would watch other than making videos for myself. I really appreciate the feedback :)

Hey Richard! I came across your feed from the Yes Theory channel/groups! Your videos are awesome! What I love is that even though I can’t relate to this (I've been filming outside mostly!), I still learned a lot and really enjoyed your videos (watched a few)! You have a shining personality and I’m almost sure thats what captivated me! As for a bit on myself (my name is William!), I started making content with the aim of teaching people to break free of societal norms by seeking discomfort & testing their own limits! A few months after starting, my friends told me to check out this channel called Yes Theory as they said my content reminded them of it.. and like you, I’ve been so inspired by the lifestyle they preach!! Hope you have an awesome day and you are awesome, keep being you! 😁☝🏻

This is great Richard! Good seeing your face on KZbin and in color! Hahaha! I'm just lazy making videos and working on my 'zen garden' to help me be more creative in the end. I have been using my iPhone 7Plus and Canon 50m for all my video creation. I should probably invest in some of these lights you are showcasing in this video. They look really nice! great job my friend! We need to do a photo talk soon!

Hi, how have you been? I was actually talking to my friend about you today and saying we really need to do that collaboration we were talking about before. I loved the video challenge kind of video, we really should do it. I am ashamed to admit, I have only got around to shooting film again after nearly a year yikes.

@@RICHARDROLLINSONDESIGNPHOTOGRA No worries Richard! I have been busy working on a zen garden and working on new designs at work for our company! Other than coven-19 pandemic! everything has been on hold! We need to revisit our conversation about the challenge we were going to do!

I prefer the second set up with out the head light. It brings more shadow on your face which looks too me much nicer. But great content and great explanations! 👍🏼

I see that you are a fan of Robert Doisneau, a great photographer.What are the dimensions of your studio, length, with and height?
@RICHARDROLLINSONDESIGNPHOTOGRA4 жыл бұрын
Yes, love that image and I plan on getting a few more masters work on the walls. Err you know I am not too sure, it is 800 square metres with around 150/200 of that being storage/kitchen. I think we have more than 13 foot ceilings, I should measure it and actually put that on the website. I should also make a video on the studio, explaining all the kit we have. mmm thanks for the video inspirational idea :) Hope you are well?

Hello Rich. I know this is a very late reply but I found your video discussing brain fog. I've been struggling really bad with it the last 6 months and It's really bringing me down. what has helped and improved yours and is it gone? Love the work
@RICHARDROLLINSONDESIGNPHOTOGRA3 жыл бұрын
To be honest it still comes and goes, not got to the bottom of it. But I do know it’s worse if I have a bad nights sleep and if I don’t eat enough. Some people find it’s linked to diet and the consumption of sugar. One thing I am looking at next is gut health, going to try a supplement, so will see how that helps. But not been as bad since doing the Wim Hof breathing

@@RICHARDROLLINSONDESIGNPHOTOGRA what sort of supplement? and I'm going to try the Wim hof method and hope that improves it. really struggling with it atm. hope you get through this

@@jacktollervey5700 i am looking into Bio-Cultures, i am looking at one at the moment called P3-OM. Ive read that gut health can lead to poor health, also as daft as it sounds mould exposure. Have a look a guy called Dave Asprey, he is the god father of a thing called BioHacking. Another thing that has helped me and that is since this lockdown i have come off facebook and instagram and get outside more, screen time was something that gave me eye strain.

@@RICHARDROLLINSONDESIGNPHOTOGRA Thankyou so much. Has this gotten better for you? I'm really really struggling at the moment and I feel so helpless and I'm only 21. It's just constant I don't ever get a break from it. I feel like it randomly appeared one day and just hasn't gone since.
