@@NiftyNiniandlalalatte I just got a lionhead dwarf rabbit right now I'm concerned because I want to bond her with another rabbit but she is sooooo small I'm afraid will the lion head get almost as big as these dwarf rabbits because right now my rabbit is less then half the size

So glad to have found you. Please can you educate me on Nethie Dwarves? My daughter has her heart set on not one but two! And we've never had pets before, so I'm terrified of getting it wrong. I need to be sure I can look after both and have space for both. So my Qs are: - does each bunny need its own litter box or can they share? - if they need their own litter box, do I have to put them away from each other? Will the bunnies be okay if the boxes are side by side? - I want my bunnies to eat from bowls, not put food on the floor, so can they share one bowl or each bunny needs its own? - can bunnies share a pet carrier or will they fight if they are in it together? Assuming that generally they get along with each other. - how often do you need to feed bunnies? Do they have fixed times? Can you tell when they are hungry? - other than leafy greens, broccoli and cucumber, what else do bunnies eat? Are there any foods that are a complete no-no? - do bunnies need to have pellets or is it just a modern invention? I'm assuming bunnies in the wild dont have alfalfa or other type of pellets? - if they DO need pellets, up to what age? - do you only take them to the vet if they look sick to you or do they have regular checkups? - is there any special type of hay that nethies eat? - are there special pellets that nethies eat? - where do they sleep? each has its own 'bed'? Please do answer these Qs, thank you so much!

Hello, we do recommend having 2 bunnies instead of one. Maybe you can reach out to your nearest pet shelter and ask for help. They have neutered already bonded rabbits and that's more easy for first time owners they also have baby bunnies. We have a beginners guide to food and what you need to know and have for bunnies in my wife's old blog. I think it would be more informative than just a very long reply. Please check it out, we have a entire list of food rabbits can eat and can't, measurements for rabbits houses and roughly what you will need to get for your bunnies. They can share a bowl if it's big enough for them to put their head inside the bowls/plates at the same time or two small ones like we did. Good luck and please do as much research and think carefully before getting bunnies specially the time and space you can devote to them, as the more time you spend with them and the bigger their house is the more rewarding and relaxing your relationship with them will be, as you would be able to see their true nature vs having them in a small place. We recommend you double up the space if you have 2 bunnies and they have enough room to run. Rabbits are the same as cats and dogs, you wouldn't get one just to put it inside a small house room or cage all the time, right? Good luck and let us know how it goes. safi456 we forgot to mention, we recommend having 2 litter boxes, in case the other bunny doesn’t like to share or don’t have to wait for the other one to finish his/her business to use the toilet, where you put their litter trays is entire up to you and the layout of the room, don’t worry if your bunnies don’t like the location they would move it, they love to arrange their space on their own. What is also important is consider that they need to be spayed/neutered, vaccine just like any other pet and needs checks up, make sure there’s a bunny savvy vet near you first, they can travel in the same pet carrier if they are babies or are already bonded. If you have two adult bunnies that they never seen each other and you put them inside the same carrier might stress them. We also recommend checking up the bunny society rabbit.org for into. If there’s anything else you want to know, feel free to ask us anything 😊 we might not know everything about bunnies but we like to share knowledge and share links of people who know more than us.

It's carpet tiles, look for thin one since it's easier to wash. Most DIY shop sell it. : )
