Happy to see your video after quite a gap. It is quite motivating to see you work so actively, I too get recharged and start working! For small items like tumblers, spoons, etc, as far as possible I do not allow them to remain in the sink for long. Wash them then and there! If chapattis are leftover then heat it on a tawa one at a time on slow flame and make them crisp. They will be a tasty snack with your tea or coffee the next day and chapattis will not get spoilt too. No need to refrigerate.
