One another probably useful calculator: BT vs Stay calculator -> Upon loan interest rate revision, should you transfer your home loan to another bank or stay at current one? It can factor in different costs involved during BT of loan. I hear this question a lot from friends who have taken loan, especially amid these repo rate changes.

Hi Ankur, Extremely useful calculators. One input on the financial independent calculator- This does not factor in if any bulk spend pre retirement ( I.e if I need to spend bulk amount for house pre retirement- calculations are not built in to factor this). This is giving a incorrect number of years the corpus will last. Looking forward to an updated calculator. Keep sharing such useful videos that is extremely beneficial for so many people. Thanks

Hello, For Pay off vs Invest excel, I am getting error when I am putting current month 87 and months remaining to 66. I think current month of loan cannot be greater than months remaining. Do we need to fix that or it is indirect advice to pay off since this scenarios breaks calculator?
