I cant remember everything you covered but two things that my wife and I were really glad we added to our kit. A simple $20 fold up toilet seat (we do a lot of unestablished camp ground camping) and an under the bonnet Shower System. Mine is the Glind and I had the inlet/outlet fitted to the front of the bullbar and in between them is a marine grade switch for the pump so theres no need to pop the bonnet.

An Aeg 18volt chainsaw and blower live in my ute. Also take gas burner. Helps if the wood is damp. I also take Snowpeak fire pit.

I always take a back up stove and fuel just a tiny fold up one and a small pan that fit on (if needed). What a set up!!!

Good tour dude, I always take my custom made 12 v extension lead so I don’t have to always use inverter at night to charge accessories and use it for lighting when have larger camp setups for example under the gazebo. And paper towels cause you can use them for washing plates, cleaning the windscreen, washing hands, use them instead of rags, then put on the fire or use them to help start the fire when everything is a little wet, you can get these at most servos so it’s my little top idea

Always have a premade chilled not frozen meal for the first night and go easy on camera girl her yoga mat will come in handy when you gotta lay under your rig and the ground is 100+.

Aeropress coffee maker (small, light, easy to use, easy to clean and decent coffee) and a Hultafors 720 axe (useful for clearing tracks if you don't have a chainy with you, chopping and splitting firewood, hammering in tent pegs and striking a fire steel in a pinch).

Copper pipe water coil, for hot water, it will heat 20l wetter on a crap butane stove in 20 mins, 2l shower every morn , easy comfort,

That stoves the Coleman Eventemp Stove with Griddle. I like the dedicated yoga mat spot. Nice setup. One thing you didnt cover off is what you do for lighting at night time. I could see some inside the canopy, but what about Lanterns? Headlamps?
