Where in Calgary did you buy this townhouse ?? monthly fee you said $80 in the other video . While searching for a townhouse, I see monthly maintenance fee of ~$400 , if you may please make a video on how you started search and few details about the area you finalized

Hello, we are actually moving to Calgary soon. I’ve been watching your videos. If you don’t mind, can you name some neighborhoods that are not too expensive but also have newly built houses. I really liked the view of your street too. Houses look pretty new.

Hi, thanks for watching the videos. So in North West, Sage Hill, Nolan Hill, Livingston are the areas with newly built houses. In North East, Savanna, Red Stone, Cityscape, Skyview Ranch are the areas which have been recently built. These communities have all types of houses which are not too expensive. Of course the houses in the NW area will little bit expensive than in the NE. I hope this helps.

Calgary is the only major affordable city for current and future generations Canadians and Immigrants. I am already seeing some of my friends and relatives who work from home moving to Calgary. We will see more of this trend in coming years.no one can live on expensive rents forever

Hi, Nice place thanks for sharing. I just wanted to know does Indian cooking cause problem because of smoke detectors and smell from furniture etc (due to tadkaas) especially in open kitchens & wooden houses? How do you deal with it? Is it difficult for Indian families to get a place on rent due to this issue?

Yes, sometimes smoke detectors and smell do cause problem, only solution is to keep exhaust fan running for a while. It's not a major issue, you just need to be careful. And yes the tadka smell, keep the exhaust fan running, open the windows and door for cross ventilation if it's summer and if nothing works room fresheners are the last option. Some people light scented candles but we do not in our house because of kids.
