My canary always bites me when i'm with him and when i put my finger in the cage aswell. My other two are scared of me and yells when they are scared.

Yes of course it works. Depends on how patient you are! When people want to tame a canary, they start when the canary is a baby (2-4 months). That way it is gonna be a lot easier. But still it works for older canaries too. Good luck buddy 🙂
