Shoshela Maja A justice is a judge of the constitutional court, A court which is higher than the SCA where one would be referred to as judge. It is a title of greater respect and power.

I don't think Edwin Cameron would mind not being called by a certain title, nor, I'm sure, would he care that you call him Edward instead of Edwin. A large part of this talk is that justice is not about respect, power and rank, but about a fundamental sense of service and responsibility for injustice
