I like the dinuguan with over-powering taste of vinegar. For me, the taste gets enhanced and it makes the dish sweeter. -- I'm not kidding on that. Each time we go to a filipino restaurant, we buy dinuguan to go, and when we get home, I will add more vinegar (datu puti). Yum yum.

Dinuguan actually is made of cow or pig intestines,tripe,liver,kidney and blood mixed up in a stew. It's usually thick, venigary, and Abit salty. It good eaten with rice cakes wrapped in banana leaves
