My cat beggin for food

When i eat my toast on table my cat stand on chair and want to catch the meat and he do it very silent and with a very poor and cute face! Like he beggin me!
The cat's name is General (of the army) Cat we call him General because he do everything he want in the house!

my wife done this with our cat and now he constantly begs when she is eating her food. if u give it to them once they keep coming back. I don't give him any so he don't bother me which is great
