I have been subscribed for a while and finally listening to this has inspired me. I tried the CCNP now 4 times and I keep failing. But this has motivated me to keep trying and study harder. Thanks Patrick I want my CCIE and I feel the same you did. So thank you.

It can be very hard at times. Stick with the hard work and you’ll be happy when you pass. Not so hard to renew your CCNP and other certs through continuing education. The hard part is getting the certificate in the first place.

Good on you Patrick and what a great wife you have to support your decision. The hardest part I've been having, is getting a mentor. But that's okay because I'll just have to work harder for my CCNA. But at least your videos and stories are motivational 👍🏼
@PatrickKinane14 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Michael! My wife definitely held it down for our family. There are a lot of great groups on some of the social media platforms. Facebook has some really good ones where people are willing to help, the issue for new learners will be the amount of noise you have to sift through. I will start to think of a way to form a good study group with minimal noise.

Thank you, Nick! Vik is a great instructor who really cares about his candidates. Be sure to email him you are having any issues or if you’re finding it hard to understand certain things. I say that to let you know it is best to not wait until the last minute to contact him.

Very Informative video Patrick, I just started my journey for CCNP Collaboration, any tips that you could share in terms of study materials? I am guessing CCNP and CCIE Collab should be almost the same in terms of study materials.
@PatrickKinane15 жыл бұрын
Some people say the CCIE is the CCNP all in one exam. I definitely benefited from why I learned on the CCNP. I asked a friend who recently got his CCNP Collab and he said he would read the respective OCG, take the exam, then used the SRNDs to fill in the gaps. I actually feel that the SRND along with labbing is some of the best learning. And it’s free (aside from building the lab).
