My chaotic ADHD Diagnosis + an even more chaotic storytime 😂I ADHD Q&A (diagnosis, medication,..)

I was struggling with chronically being overwhelmed, feeling burned out, emotional dysregulation, RSD, anxiety, not being able to focus at all (be it at home doung something or at work), lacking the energy to do stuff (executive paralysis/dysfunction) and so much more..so now I am quite happy to be on a journey on managing my ADHD.
