my dad also missed my graduation, er let me explain at the time we recently got our dog named Pok. During the hours before the graduation mom was insisting on getting a dogsitter for Pok, but Dad refused. Because the last time Pok had a dogsitter he got hit by a car and broke his leg. So Dad decided to watch over Pok so Pok wouldn't get killed by another car.
