Kerrang! Magazine had a feature on MCR's new songs, and they're listed as 'The Drugs', 'Death Before Disco' and 'Kiss the RING'. So I think you're right. Kiss The Ring actually means kiss my arse. Which is rather amusing. :)

I love the message My Chemical Romance tries to spread. That it's ok to be yourself, even if you're not the same as the crowd. ESPECIALLY if you're different. Though I don't quite like this new songs, I still think it's amazing because of the message. I'm going to buy this new album anyway. Be yourself, and never EVER let others tell you how you should be or should behave. Even though this atitude has cost me some precious things and people, it's worth it.

@ccreativityy I totally agree with you. People don't take time to apprieciate the music the way the boys would want them too. They just want them to play and sing something that is familiar in sound. It's almost like these "fans" are afraid of change. I really don't understand why people can't just enjoy their music, and them even still being around! They could've gone out of the business after TBP, but they cared enough about their fans not to. Change is sometimes a good thing. Give it a try

I liked this song out of the three new ones. It's more similar to the fast-tempo guitars of the first and second cd than the others. Not to say I don't like the others, but I miss the nonstop, fast paced, reckless guitars of the first two cds. Well, mostly the first one, but whatever. I'm still looking forward to the new album, if it sounds anything like these three songs and the B sides to The Black Parade, things will be pretty damn epic.

Yeah Wikipedia isn't reliable. There was a page created for their new album and they called it "For the Sins...". It had more song titles and everything...funny how none of the stuff on their had been announced anywhere else. "Kiss the Ring" is a well-known term, so it makes more sense than Kiss the Rain.
