My Child has Scleroderma, What Does That Mean? An Overview of Pediatric Scleroderma - Pediatric Onset Localized Scleroderma (LS) and Systemic Sclerosis (SSc)
This session fill focus on: 1) Definition and Background information on pediatric scleroderma and subtypes; 2) General clinical evaluation of pediatric LS and SSc; 3) Changes to expect early and then later in disease in both pediatric LS and SSc; and 4) General management - medications and supportive measures (physical/occupational therapy, nutrition, dental care etc).

I got diagnosed with systemic sclerosis at the age of 10 and had no idea what was going on with my body. I jad so many challenges and learned by myself. Doctors just give you medicine but don't ask if you actually know how you life is going to be different. I'm 19 now and I'm happy that there is more research available for Scleroderma.

The AP Protocol using Minocycline and other antibiotics has been proven to help many with this horrible disease. Read Henry Scammel's book for the specifics of this protocol. Finding an MD to do this protocol isn't that difficult and it is worth a shot if it means your child going into full remission. Best wishes!

Is there no cure for morphea it's on my loved ones forehead and she is having on the half side of the forehead

@@SclerodermaUS there's a lady doctor in a hospital and she says that if she was at this age then I would give her an injection and she would be cured, I can't remember the exact age she said but is it possible.
