Merry Christmas Rodriguez family and all of your loyal followers! This is the first year we haven’t woken up at the crack of dawn by little ones eager to open Santa’s presents so I get to actually ease into the morning and I watched today’s Vlogmas on our bedroom tv before anyone realized I was awake LOL! Okay tip for the white chocolate….. they have white chocolate baking discs that are made for melting and making candies . I usually can get them at Walmart or a baking store we have in town. Some are called Candy Melts.

Next year you need to try the rollo turtle . You get a small pretzel ( like the ones in the bags either the square ones or the regular ones) put the rollo on it pop in the oven just like these ones and then you press a pecan half on top to smoosh the rollo a bit and then let them cool. They are so good!!

Random fact: That game your playing (the square on floor game is a well recognised medical test used to help assess and disgnose issues with vestibular function (balance). It's called The Fukuda Stepping Test (“Fukuda”) and screens for asymmetry of the peripheral vestibular systems. I've found that almond bark is the easiest way to melt white chocolate! I just pop it in the microwave and stir every 30 secs and it never burns or gets grainy :)
