Mexican here. The pro way to eat snacks is to mix the takis and peanuts in a bowl, dress them with lime juice and Valentina sauce and toss. If you do not like to touch wet food, you can eat it with a plastic spoon. We also crush the takis and peanuts and use it as a topping to a Mexican elote. Another way to try the marias is to make a carlota, which is a frozen pie. Just layers of Marias with a lime custard.

You may have a small family, but I think it is the sweetest thing... You can see the love between all of you. I have a smaller family too (15 with grandkids) and we have the best time and I love being able to intentionally talk to and spend time with each one of them.
