@ the Worcestershire sauce and that Demi glacé is not in the recipe. That red stuff you put in after the salt and pepper is not in the recipe. That can be paprika, saffron, obey anything.?LOL I’m taking notes. Looks good!!! As a chef ( I’m not a chef). You know everything is important from humidity, type of flour, specific ingredients a person has. I need the basics to make the recipe work for me. The food did look good. The instant pot I have goes into the burn mode when I fill the pot above the half way point or put to much rice in it. It is good for small portions at a time and it has to have moisture. Keep up the good work!!!!
