This was extremely helpful. I’ve been watching Neal Hallinan’s channel and he keeps talking about how the information your brain receives from your eyes, toes, and…(lungs?) affects your ability to move properly. It was a lot of theory which I’ve been trying to grasp but your personal story really helped me see it in a tangible way.

Man that’s crazy, and makes so much sense. it’s no wonder everyone missed it, it’s such a simple bit hidden cause. Super interesting though, thanks for the vid and keep up the good work.

This is very informative Adam. I better understand the coralation between the eyes/neck muscles and migraines.

This is so helpful and makes so much sense! I’ve had awful neck pain for the last few months now and so many headaches. Been told it’s the hypermobility but there’s a trigger point that makes it all so much worse. I’ve had a cervical X-ray and it says ‘retrolithesis of c3 and c4’ but with no action required 😳 I’d never heard of it before. I have no idea what to do to help but it’s so painful and I’ve noticed my neck muscles and shoulders have tensed up so much because of it. Like you mention in the video, I’m turning my head and not using the muscles correctly. But the same for looking down or up too, it’s difficult.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I have EDS and my migraines are horrible plus neck pain. I am also autistic. Do you have any theories about processing pain in neurodiverse people?
