Feedback: In testing center experience section in this video, palm vein scan is not a drug test. Palm scanning uses the vein patterns in a person's palm print for personal identification. The palm scanner creates an image of vein patterns in the hand and then compares them to others in the database. It's a form of biometrics verification during entry, breaks etc. to ensure it's the same person.

It does not expire in 3 years, It is valid till lifetime you just need to maintain your CPE points.
