I agree with you about 90’s Hondas but still have to love them.because it gets worse with the newer Hondas because I have a 1997 Honda prelude and I have a 2014 Honda accord sport.

so cool to see people like yourself work on your own car, and you drive manual shift cars :) good on the safety also. looks like the hose clamp was not tight, good job on finding the issue and fixing it yourself. something i noticed, on your foot pedals the rubber pedal covers have worn off, or missing. always best to find replacements, especially if you are driving with wet feet / conditions so you don't slip the pedals. great channel, you are something special..

Extra gas or not it should not be leaking. The hose clamp needs to be tighter, it still looks loose. It should squeeze the hose, minimum to where the edges of the clamp are touching the hose.

I always put an extra jack or tires under there but I always feel uneasy being under the car lol - that fuel hose connection appears to be a quick connect, you are going to prolly leak if you can’t get the hose over that bump in the metal line. They make quick connect to bark fittings you may want to put in between the hose and the hardline. 😎

I have an Acura TLS and it started leaking gas while I was driving. It was a hot day and I had just filled it. I drove home about a 5 mins drive and it was still leaking. When unscrewd the gas cap it just about blew off and the leaking stopped. Never did find where the leak was and it has never done it since. I hope that you managed to fix yours :)

Always stop adding gas when the pump clicks off. Anything more you are giving it away. The pumps have a vapor hose to prevent fumes going to atmosphere. That is where your extra gas goes to.

If Fuel cap doesn't "Hiss" when opening.......You have a Vacuum leak!!! To access the real leak (Funnel) either Boot card or Rear Door card needs removing. This wasn't FRP (Fuel Return Pipe). Fuel tank NOT baffled so in hard cornering fuel back flows into Funnel!!!! Vent is at top of Filler neck 👍 EK's don't have Anti Syphon👍

So, maybe black with red accent isn't your "style" , but maybe you could continue that look? For the civic. Black with red accents. It's an easy way to customize your car. Maybe Black and pink? 🤔 I noted that there was nothing pink in your room so maybe you wouldn't like that? Next: you comment that your neighbor thinks you're crazy for always working on your cars. As someone who has been working on Hondas for for 30 years, let me give you a big tip - order your parts from Majestic Honda. OEM parts at a discount and they process and ship orders quick. OEM is the way to go, especially for the S2000.

Just a VERY safety FYI 😬 If ur gonna have up any front drive car make sure u chock the wheels. The way u jacked up ur Honda could move and fall on you if u move the car just hard enough. U could put a big enough rock, brick or pieces of wood even. Be safe and keep up the content 🤟
