It shouldn't necessarily have been Tifa, anyone else would have been fine except a swordsman, the fact that Clive is easy and has a lot of damage proves people's point about why they didn't want another swordsman, I hope they nerf him in the next update

It’s a mechanic from FFXVI, they represent the strength of Odin’s Zantetsuken. A LVL5 Zantetsuken removes all recoverable health and isn’t damaged scaled

Like the other guy said: It goes up when using odin moves like Dancing steel, 12, rising 12, ff2 From lvl 2 to 4 you can use a slightly weakened version and then lvl 5 is the max damage

they are not telling you the best part, level 5 zentetsuken special does 80 damage, and can be used as combo ender. Clide can do 120+ dmg combos

The trade off of the high damage of a lvl 5 Zantetsuken, is that it takes a long time to get to that point. I haven’t seen many matches get to 5
