This video was interesting BUT by the end it felt like there were no actionable steps, except join my course (everybody is telling us to join their course). Most of us already know that we need help, so that much is obvious. To get growth as a small channel you need to provide more actionable material. So how did you find them? What are pay brackets for newbs? In what order would you recruit? When should you recruit? How do you onboard? No hate, but I hope that makes sense. Also at 10 employees at $200k p/m seems like a large wage bill??
@DaveNash13 күн бұрын
Hey man totally understand what ur saying, its all valid - but i dont really have time to make videos of that nature in depth for my channel. this is just a fun hobby for me, i run several ecom businesses doing more than $10M of revenue combined annually. i really only spend 15-20 mins every 10 days making these just to share my experience with everyone, and vids with the content u suggested would take way longer than what i would want in my day to day life to produce
@D_Andrew_G14 күн бұрын
The numbers sounds cool but you should make a video on how much $ you take home , like 2million /yr is straight profit? Is it what you take home? Is it before all expenses? That’d be an interesting video to tell owners how much they’d made personally.
