I really like the Coin Guy!!! He does not mince words or beat around the bush. He says what he believes. We need more honest people like him in our world when we are constantly bombarded by the MSM and political theater of the day where we are constantly being lied to, and taught it's good to have zero morals and integrity. Great history and numismatic half hour with the Coin Guy ! Not all antique Roman gold coins are that expensive. Go to the 4th/5th century and the following Byzantine empire and you will find a lot of affordable gold coins for less than thousand bucks. Greets from GER, U.

@@Spegtacular The history is definitely AWSOME. However when it comes to ancient coins (esp) and some Medievals..., there are TONS of fakes out there. And eventhough I've been a collector for 35+ years, I have still been fooled a couple times the past couple years. I'd advise new collectors to start out with low end, cheaper bronze coins. And definitely invest in a few books "before" jumping into ancient coin buying too deep.

@@Spegtacular Don´t be scared, Jesse ! Start with late Roman Empire copper coins in reasonable condition for a few bucks (Constantin, Gallienus, Aurelianus, Probus etc.) and get a "feeling" for this antique stuff. Then go ahead to the more pricey material. Until 19th century, Roman coins were the most common items ever minted.

These turnaround numbers are insane, what is the problem? I have never seen these kind of numbers, these really are unacceptable. I remember seeing 12 or 14 days turnaround in the past. Any help is appreciated. Makes me want to a look at ANACS numbers, but all of my coins are already graded by the big two.
