there's only been a couple of cases where i downgraded back to the DVD where it seemed to have been better value, these were phone booth, terminator 1 and the day after tomorrow. my problem with the blu rays for these movies were that they played on a loop rather than cutting to a menu, and if they contained any special features, you had to access them through the pop up menu

So im not the only one having to move my collection. Good to know. You’ve got a lot of great stuff here man. All I’ll say is if you can, upgrade Godzilla 2014 to 4K. There’s so much filters on the 1080p version that its almost insufferable in the darker scenes. The UHD version fixes that. The 3D version is also better but I feel that I’m one of the exclusive few collecting Blu Ray 3D.
