My wife and I stumbled upon (and got hooked on) the Pithericks channel while you were hosting. You were so natural that I thought you had always been the host. We still enjoy watching that channel, but when you weren't hosting it, something was missing. I am glad you were able to get a place of your own to renovate on this channel. Do what you love and share what you are excited about and don't doubt yourself. I watch because you are fun to watch and as a bonus, I may learn something in the process. I do think there is a chemistry between you and Billy that is a great combo in a YT show, so I am glad you are doing things on both channels still.

Also, I understand that bad comments can get you down at times and make you feel less confident in your videos but I want you to know that that's just miserable people projecting their own misery. You'll likely only get more of those comments as you grow and your viewer base grows with you. That will happen no matter how good or bad your videos are (and they are of course good) because unfortunatley there are a lot of miserable people. You have a personality of gold that I'm sure cheers more of those people up than we can begin to fathom. Whatever you decide to do with your future, just know that you have a lot of fans who are supportive. If you get burnt out, take a break. If you decide you want to do something else instead that makes you more happy, do that. If you want to keep making these reno videos, we will of course continue to show up to watch and enjoy them. You don't owe anyone anything and should never feel like you need to apologize. Do what is best for you. It is afterall your life [of Ryan].

That’s brilliant you nutter, delighted for you. I am lucky to have been able to buy a cottage in Southern Ireland with no mortgage, it’s taken me a long time to achieve this, I did this as an older woman all on my own and done some pretty shitty jobs to get to my goal. As a single mum of three I have had three jobs, but the one thing that kept me focused was wanting to own my own home. I taught myself to tile, carpentry, reupholster, paint, sew, and to raise three nice humans. I would look at property online for years, in England my home country, Italy, France, and Ireland. I still to this day look at property online, the architecture, the layouts. The decoration and the prices. So my question is even though you have found the one 😊 could you please still do the occasional property market video, it’s so interesting to me. Also antique shops, or furniture restoration. PLEASE. From a frustrated interior designer ❤ love ya
