Thank you for the update Terry! Its a great little house and is a perfect home for a young couple. Beautifully finished with modern furnishings and new kitchen appliances. There is something worth noting when renting in some other EU countries. Not only do landlords not provide furniture, where I am living, even the light fittings have to be sourced by the tenants. This significantly reduces the cost-risk to the investor. On the plus side for the tenant, they can chose or bring their own furniture to suit the own tastes and designs. It is a win-win for alot of tenancy agreements.

Why Terry do you feel a property investment is better than investment in the stock market which you have previously made videos on? Are you just looking to diversify?

I have investments in both. But you can add value with a property, if you buy the right one (with potential and at the right price). You cannot do anything to influence the price of shares. That is in someone else's hands.
