Nicely done up for your hdb flat including replacing water piping. Solution to hard water issues is to install a HOUSE UNIT HD-12 at main pipe after water meter to transform hard tap water into soft energized Structured water. Then, home owners do not need to change water piping after living in for >20 yrs. See Car-ou-sell for HOUSE UNIT HD-12 for hdb flats.
