I like a routine at night before bed, otherwise I may forget something necessary, like my medication. We have lost power here in Northern California so much this year. I call it the winter of the candle. It is so soothing having candlelight, battery operated lighting is so harsh but convenient. One thing I do different though is my reading. I enjoy that until I fall asleep. Nice dreams to you.

Beautiful video, Liz! My household is very busy so I don't have a regular peaceful routine. I do fit in a hot tea after dinner and I do 30 minutes of exercise whether it is a workout or a brisk walk. 😊
