If that’s their relationship, it really doesn’t matter whether he’s a man or not. I used to scuffle with cousins (I never got in a physical fight with them, though). Two of my cousins grew up with much older brothers and had a tendency to fight. If a man ever approached them, at least they’d know how to defend themselves. From what I am reading it could have been extra or missing chromosomes. Diabetes, immunological disorders,infection, thyroid disease, radiation, genetic conditions, and uterine or cervical problems could have been the issue for both miscarriages. Alcohol not mentioned.
