Don't look now, but the Washington Football Team is back in the playoff hunt after last night's 17-15 win over the Seattle Seahawks. After taking down Tom Brady, Cam Newton, and Russell Wilson in the past three weeks, Washington is now 5-6 and sitting in the last wild card spot in the NFC. They are also just two games back of Dallas, and will face the Cowboys twice in the next four weeks. Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe discuss how big of a threat Washington is to the Cowboys.

Skip is seeing the Washington O-line push people around like rag dolls and that defense finally playing like they were supposed to. As long as he's been doing this, he should know when a team is catching fire. Heinicke clearly became a better QB after the bye week and has drastically cut down on the dangerous throws and is seeing he doesn't have to play hero ball over and over to win. Washington's offensive line has been riddled with injuries all season long and they still are one of the top units in the league. Dallas has much to fear if they don't right their ship because the WFT is hungry and coach Rivera has that team believing where Dallas is blowing it when they were spotted a lead by the whole division.

I said it here in the comment section yesterday: you don't go with the team that is hot out the gate, you go with the team who gets hot late in the season. Washington is getting hot at the right moment. They've got that 7th spot right now and looking for more. How it goes in LV on Sunday afternoon will show if they truly are a threat to Dallas or not.

washington is getting 2 big weapons back before the div games start...if they dont get hurt again this WFT is not the same O from early in the season...their D has been awful all year and oddly looks better with their big time players being hurt and not playing....
