I also put hand cream on before bed every night because of my eczema. If I don’t my hands crack and bleed from how dry they can get. I also have to wear gloves when I do various cleaning so they don’t dry out faster. I also consistently wear chapstick/lip balm so my lip don’t dry out. I also made yakisoba for dinner last night for my family. Even though we live in Pennsylvania, USA, we love authentic Japanese/Asian food and we hope to one day visit. I try my best where I am. Some of the ingredients are hard to come by and I do have to substitute some things but my family loves the recipes so thats a win in my book.

Happy weekend, Linna. You are blessed with such a wonderful family. I always admire how you put your heart into cooking delicious & nutritious meals for your loved ones. Thanks for another heart-felt video.
Sometimes, when I watch your videos, my heart aches a little. Watching you and hubby with the boys, brings on so many wonderful memories of my time with my own daughter. I was a single mom then, trying to wear every hat imaginable, to meet her needs. It was difficult but not as impossible as others might think. Today my little girl is 33, I am 62 and she takes care of me. It's funny how life turns the tables on you isn't it? Your boys will no doubt will remember the time, love and encouragement you share with them now, when they become kind and responsible young men. Cherish this time always and watch it come back to you ten fold, when the boys start lives and families of their own. ❤😊❤

Hello Linna! Thank you very much for another wonderful video! Your family really enjoyed their dinner! After New year's, I have been trying to establish a night routine, such as doing the dishes and clean the sink, so that I can enjoy my morning coffee in a clean kitchen. As a personal night routine, I try to apply night face cream every night before bed! I look forward to your next video! Have a wonderful week!

Love this channel. By the way most of us Americans can't afford to eat this way. Your veggies are like 1/4th the price.

My favorite thing about your videos is seeing the things you buy and then what you create with them. But I also love looking at the prices of things compared to what I would pay in the southern US. Its interesting to see much cheaper many of your veggies and meats are. The pack of pork slices you got for 1250 Yen would cost like $12-$14 for me, (like 1600-1900 Yen!) But then other things are much cheaper here, especially fruits (though I imagine yours are much tastier as the US often sells fruits out of season 😅)

The dish you made with pork, cabbage and fermented black beens, looks amazing! I love cabbage and pork any way you cook it. Now I have another thing for my sister to pick up for me at the international grocery store. 😊. Sending much love from Dixie. 💕

We live in Pennsylvania in the US. My oldest is 23, and she has been interested in learning more about Asian foods. We have always had Americanized Chinese food as they grew up, but where we love there is a small selection of Asian food restaurants otherwise. She recently found a nice Asian grocery store and has been coming home with different foods. She had some Korean foods and spices one time, and I THINK some Japanese noodles the last time. I told her to watch your channel and now she loves it!! One day, I may be "brave enough" to try to put together a nice meal from scratch. My only problem is that I have no idea if hiw it turns out how it is SUPPOSED to turn out. What is something easy and a beginner I can try on my own? My girls would be so impressed 😄. God Bless 🥰

Inspired by Linna I cooked my first Miso soup from scratch on Monday. It turned out really delicious. Today I'm cooking my first Ramen from scratch and I hope it will be delicious, too. Give it a try, I'm sure it will turn out fine! You can find a lot of ingredients like spices and condiments on Amazon e.g.. I found a website with a lot of basic recipes (with very good step-by-step explanations and photos), but it's in German. Perhaps you can find something similar in English. If not, you can look at the German website and I'd be happy to help you with the translation! ☺
