You really can't go wrong (besides the price) with Creed line of fragrances and they are simply exceptional! Here is my personal take/ranking of Creed fragrances. 1. Erolfa 2. Royal Oud 3. Aventus 4. Himalaya 5. Silver Mt. Water

Aventus is a compliment getter, but I prefer Bois du Portugal and Green Irish Tweed. GIT is one of the most versatile scents ever. I also have a soft spot for Royal Mayfair. Not a crowd pleaser but very unique.

Have you tried Royal Oud? that for me is the best Creed EVER made 10/10 masterpiece. I would also recommend Spice & Wood

A surprising love for me has been Creed Original Santal…I really like sharpness of the juniper berry and the sandalwood dry down is so nice. A lot more youthful smelling than anything else I’ve tried from the brand, but it is definitely a versatile pick.

I always thought you weren't a creed fan. Personaly i like aventus, but now days almost everyone wears that fragrance (original or clone) and i don't want to smell like everyone else. Green irish tweed is quite nice as well

Does bois du Portugal remind you of ysl kouros? I tried it couple of days ago and was so surprised how much it smells like kouros and i couldn’t be happier since kouros is my fav.

Thanks Kelen bro. Aventus is special. Now i wanna try the cologne version since you mention it. Rojas Apex give me similar vibes to aventus, albeit completely different, masculine, lasts long, not as good but its got the ambergris and pineapple like aventus, with a sweeter, danker drydown. I like Creed royal oud but not to wear ( too dank for me like 70s carpet), only for memories. I do like Virgin Island Water for beach eventhough more feminine. Hard pass on Silver Mountain water.I like Original Vetiver eventhouh it smells pretty much like a lemongrass essential oil. I havent tried many Creeds though im sure there are other great ones out there.

bois du portugal is also one of my favorites from the house, aventus is also very good but the Dna is outplayed a bit by all the clones and brands that are copieng the DNA, viking is a nice spicy scent , GIT a classic, coolwater is made by the same perfumer of this and it shows

I,too, like Aventus, notwithstanding the haters. And I agree that Bois du Portugal is classic,refined, and well crafted. But Royal Oud might be my number one pick out of all the Creed fragrances I own. It’s superb…..

Have you tried Club de nuit intense man as an alternative to Aventus? I would really like to hear your opinion on that. I do not have money for Aventus, and bought CDNI EDP because of the hype. And I think that it is absolute garbage. I left it in the drawer, and spray it every few months, but it is just awful. KZbinrs are hyping it that it is just like Aventus, so I wonder if I would also hate Aventus... On the other hand, I tried Montblanc Explorer, and it is so amazing, shame that it does not perform better.

I have always avoided Creed, but over the years i have tried some and owned others. As a House, i just generally think they are overpriced for what they are. My top 3 would be Milliseme Impérial, Virgin Island Water, and my favourite... Bois du Portugal. Royal Oud was Meh, Aventus was Meh, Original Vetiver Meh 'too similar to Mugler Cologne'. Great video by the way. I am a big fan of Amouage and Rogue Perfumery, Creed are just the Gillette of the niche world.

Do u know why u dont smell that salty watermelon? Because MI was reformumated and smell almost like a another fragrance. The fine Fruity opening is away. Sean john Unforgivable that has still that nice fruity opening.

Most of Creed men's fragrances smells vintage(80s and 90s) like Old Spice cologne. The quality is good but the scent profile is definately Old Spice(ish). No Thanks. In my opinion..Amouage, PDM, and Xerjoff make far better[Modern] mens fragrances. 🌠

Have you smelled Original Vetiver, Original Santal, Aventus, Green Irish Tweed, Millesime Imperial, Silver Mountain Water, Virgin Island Water, Erolfa? None of those smell anything like Old Spice.

@@patr70 I am going the opposite way. Have all PDM, xerjoff.etc, but Creed ingredients are so natural and doesn't smell synthetic. I think that's why people dont like them anymore because people want loud fragrances. Creed frags are not loud and mostly skin scent. I guess people hate it because of the price point, they want something which will make them noticeable.
