A few tips, over consuming electrolyte can cause imbalance in the body so be mindful esp it can cause excess of sodium (hypernatremia) . One does needs to use the hair growth serum everyday else it won't be much effective, and when one stops using then the hair will shed off. So if one doesn't wants to use it everyday it is better to not use at all and waste money on it. Collene hoover books romaticise problematic behaviour like toxic relationships, stalking, r*pe etc. they are absolutely crap in my opinion, esp for young readers.

Please research more about sunscreen because it is the most important skincare step. Spf 50 also protects for more hours as well and it is very important for Indian skin as India has sunlight all throughout the year. SPF30 would work in Europe or UK, more in north of the globe but for spf50 is recommended for India especially for summer.

I don't think Colleen Hoover is a good author. Trying to disguise domestic violence, physical overpowering and intense emotional manipulation as romance.. If you want to read good books Sarah, there are a lot of booktubers who suggest such wonderful ones, ones which are inclusive, ones which have non problematic authors, romances that don't glorify toxic relationships.. Do give those a chance.. I'll be recommending the Shiva Trilogy by Amish if you want to give mythological retelling a go 💟
