Yes definitely but whether or not you like the way it feels is up to your preference

Depends what your into, you can pretty much get anything. I’d get a 33-34mm deck of your choice, grey G8 wheels, 32mm BRTs, and light work bushings.

It's not a good an idea to ride more than one setup at a time. You won't be as consistent as you should be. You won't really progress and have things down until you do. Ramon said that but it's always been true. Same goes for an actual SB if you even skate 😂
@Anxietyoffline2 ай бұрын
@@PhilthyrichFB “if I even skate” lmao you sound like quite a gatekeeper but I guess I’ll respond😂 The board I started with and have the most hours with is my most comfortable feeling one but half the fun of FB is tinkering and trying new setups and gear combinations. Also using different decks helped me figure out what shape was best for me. See my perfect shape video for more information on this. I do skate but my skills are limited due to my cycling injury, I have a video on that as well posted here somewhere. Thanks for commenting & Happy shredding!

@ yes thank you I've been doing the FB thing for like 20 years but thanks. Still doesn't change the fact that you shouldn't ride like 20 different setups. It makes it really hard to stay consistent. Finding what makes a good setup shouldn't take 10 years. Not sure what gatekeeping is lmao.

Nice collection but why so much setups? For sure, some changes here and there are nice but I don’t know why I should hold that much completes, it’s a lot of money for not that much more comfort… So don’t get my wrong, I have multiple setups too, one 32mm main setup, a 34mm setup (more or less just to compare, my size is for sure 32mm) 2 EDC setups (one wet with a tech deck and one for dry conditions with a ASI shop deck) and then a couple of bloody cheap setups just to have one setup in each room but that’s all together something around 7 or 8 setups and most of them are just tuned tech decks to keep it cheap and explainable…😅 But how I said, at least a nice collection even if maybe a bit too much…😉

People collect a lot because they enjoy the hobby, not because we need more boards. $30-60 3-4 times a month for a new deck or wheels ain’t gonna break the bank.
@Eddy_E. Жыл бұрын
@@HeartbrokenHeartshooter 30-60$ 4 times a month are in worst case 240$… So, to say that this is no big deal for anybody is not really based bro… Even in rich country’s like USA or Germany is this more money then some people have to eat in a month and you talk about as would that been just the equivalent to an sandwich… In some not so lucky country’s this is even more then the people have for living for the whole month so it’s pretty nasty to say that this don’t gone break the bank… So I am still there that this seems to be a pretty high waste on money, you just have 2 hands and just a couple of places where it’s smart to place a board but anything over that is just stupid in special when you use that amount on expensive trucks (what’s for sure the biggest waste)… That you switch between multiple decks or wheels makes real differences, I give you that but trucks? Take a pair of cheap china trucks, but a set level up bushings in and you have a technical nearly identical truck like black river but not even for the half of the money (brts or dynamics are 55€ in Germany, china trucks with level up bushings are 20€ when not even cheaper…) So don’t get me wrong, anybody can spend his own money for what ever he wants but that change exactly nothing to my question why anybody spend that unnecessary amounts… It’s not that he can’t do that, it’s just why he do this and in most situations the answer to that shows how unnecessary it is actually (and sometimes not just for me…😉)

@@Eddy_E. lol $240 isn’t even 5% of my monthly income. I’m a consultant. I legit make that much in half a day. Those guitars in my profile picture cost around $2500 EACH and I was buying one a month. 240 isn’t that much at all for people in my situation
