I love those bath exfoliation towels! They’re so good! I bought 10 too about a year ago and they have held up fairly well. I pre-soak them in a Lysol disinfectant detergent and then wash them in a sensitive arm and hammer clear detergent (same routine I use for intimate delicates). I heard that the key with towels is to not use a detergent that will ruin the fibers and not to use fabric softener because it costs the fibers. Loved all the recommendations! I do a mask every morning because you recommended it a while back. I’m going to have to get my hands on the Versed mask.

Exfoliating towels also known as the "African sponge" are EVERYTHING! I order mine from Amazon because you can order the longer towels so you wash your back. I order a pack of 3 longer length African sponges as I use them daily because I like the feel of them now. I learned about them the first time I visited Africa (Ghana). This is why Africans from the continent have that glow! I even take one with me when I travel. Thank us later ladies!

Happy 2 year!!! 🎉 Tom Ford Pad lock sandals come in all the colors but the comfort level was a -3 for me I wore my flesh pair twice after finally posting them they sold two months later.

Promise Hot yoga is amazing….hear me out lol Ok soooo for me it started when my friend kept begging me to come with her maybe a year and I kept refusing bc I too thought it sounded like HELL lol, buuuuut one day I caved and told her I’d try it, and ohhh my word, fell in love….I know the reason was bc the studio I went to was in the dark, so u can be in your own little world n a way and somehow it felt relaxing as intense as it is. Also the heat isn’t suffocating like you’d imagine, its more kind of like the heat you experience in a sauna or steam shower, so it’s invigorating in its own way…and my fave part, they hand you a rolled white freezing cold face cloth with Lemongrass essential oil 🤤…feels Luxe to me in an unexpected way, highly recommend, please try it just once ✨🦋
