Hey, my physiotherapist suggested not to use copper bottles all the time as copper can interact with the body's natural fats, potentially disrupting their balance if consumed in excess. Drinking from copper bottles all day might reduce essential fats, which are crucial for cell function and hormone production. To avoid this, it's better to drink copper-infused water only in the morning and switch to other bottles throughout the day.

Before you buy more copper bottles, please know they're very difficult to clean and is bound to start turning a blue-green patina if not regular maintained. It also grows mould easily and can get toxic to consume. Personally, having a large copper water tank in the kitchen along with a small copper cup for regular use has been helpful. Use BPA free plastic for portable bottles that are long lasting and easy to maintain.

Discarding previous plastic bottles and replace with steel bottles is not a good idea, main purpose is to reduce plastic waste not generate more plastic waste at current time. USE THOSE PLASTIC BOTTLE FIRST UNTILL THEY ARE NOT USABLE AT ALL THEN REPLACE THEM WITH SUSTAINABLE BOTTLES. Otherwise it will be the same.

Don’t drink from copper bottle everyday. Our body requires only a certain amount of copper. So please use steel bottle. And drink overnight water from copper bottle twice a week only. I hope this will help.

Hey just 1 tip... U can't drink water with copper bottles / vessels every day.... Bec it makes excess consumption of copper in the body... And later it ll led to problems....use rarely or just onces a day.. I m telling bec I too didn't know it and started using copper bottle daily.. n my stomach started hurting alot... After lots of remedies, doctor appointments n research I realised that it's the copper thing... N now I use it rearly n there is no problem.... I hope u read this ..

Invest on steel bottles.. over consumption of copper infused water is also harmful.. steel does does not react with water so it is safest

@piyashah7958 I didn't say it is bad.. but prolonged usage need maintainence of the bottles and if not does correctly then it may cause health Hazzard.. wherein steel bottles are easy to clean and maintain which is a safer option.. also by mistake if someone pours hot water or even warm water in copper bottles it can react differently.. so I suggested the safe option..

I am using similar copper bottles, and I would advise you to get ones which have the closing threads outside the bottle. In the long Run the it will start getting difficult to close such bottles.

Hi Mridul.. I do not really comment on any posts in general..but just a kind reminder or if you say an advice…that since you mention that you will be ordering 10 more copper bottles for your studio..I would like to tell you that you must not consume copper bottled water if it’s been kept in it for more than 10-12 hrs as it may harm you adversely… so please consider refilling it and using 2-3 bottles instead of buying 10 bottles at once
