What a relaxing video it was ❤ Actually in muslims we practice most of these things every single day like waking up for Fajr which is the prayer before sunrise and we recite 'Bismillah' before consuming water and anything edible, the vibration in food and water is so true.. it's said we should never make food in an angry state...it directly affects the food in a bad way. So yeah these things are very practical once we get used to

Hi Mridul Didi! I'm completely obsessed with your content, and today's video on the 5am Ayurvedic routine was a real game-changer for me. The biggest takeaway was how essential it is to start the day with self-care and intention. I loved how you introduced such simple yet powerful practices like oil pulling, abhyanga, and tongue scraping to boost energy and clarity. What truly resonated with me was your emphasis on listening to your body and honoring its needs. Your passion for Ayurveda and wellness is so infectious, and I really appreciated how you made these ancient practices feel both accessible and modern. The video was visually stunning, and your calming energy made me feel like I was right there experiencing the routine with you. I'm super excited to incorporate some of these practices into my own life and continue learning from your inspiring content. Your videos always leave me feeling motivated to prioritize my well-being!
