Tbh don't think your headache is life-threatening, they have ruled out the red flags and you don't seem to be having a s troke (i mean it the best possible way) and seems like your earache and headache could be related. Contact immediately if you feel like 1 worst headache of your life 2 vision blurring or vision loss 3 not able to move or feel arms ,legs 4 not able to talk properly 5 not able to swallow or drink or feel like saliva is drooling when you are awake Rest all PCM
