Im so glad you were able to get the pond back up and running for your customers. I have lost two of my best fish this year trying to beat costia. Its so upsetting to loose the pets you love. I could not imagine loosing all of my babies. I know kusuri very well and use Martin’s foods and medicines exclusively. Had lots of help from kusuri over the last 5 years.

@@koiservices6694 I will have to re watch as i cant remember. My problem is i have too many species in the pond. I had three grass carp now only two due to the pp. and she was over a meter long. At 5 yrs old. I also have a 4 foot diamond back sturgeon. Grass carp cant tolerate salt. And only two weeks of formalin and malachite green. Before they get very ill. The diamond would be ok with the formalin and mal green but not pp. i almost killed him with the first attempt at 1hr 30 he went belly up. Bout was that one close. Unfortunately my big grass carp was struggling and i had not noticed so at 12 hrs purple she was almost gone. I was able to put in the hp and with an air stone i got her back after 20 mins holding her over the air stone. She seemed ok a couple if hrs later but i woke up to find her dead on the bottom in the morning. Bloody costia has been there for over 2 years but i had missed it on many scrapes. But i know how to find it now so fingers crossed for the scrapes this weekend.

Geez how very sad poor fish.. I built my own pool 4yrs ago now even fibreglassing it myself. I’ve never owned a fish. Even I know never put anything medication anything your not sure of in or around the pond. I’ve learnt about owning fish what they need and if not sure find someone that does. Your responsibility to keep koi they depend on you. Hope all goes well in her new pond. 🙏

The person who came out should have seen the treatment thru. Not leave it up to customer. Bloody heart breaking. Like I said in first post only ever lost one Koi, biggest fish and 14 yrs old. That felt bad enough. A lot of test kits are very good with full easy to follow instructions. If in doubt, leave it to someone who knows what they are doing.
