The chronological order is good, because most hiring managers (including myself) interested most in you recent experience, since technologies change quite fast. Of course, if you hire a C engineer, you can ignore that.

I consider it is a bad if a person mentioned visa status in a resume. Why? It indirectly tells I am not American. However, if you have any security clearance, it is worth to mention it, since it directly tells - I am a citizen.

I am a final year engineering student with little knowledge of computer system security (theory part). I want to start in cyber security but i am also having placement coming, what should i do. Please guide me

I’d start with taking some free beginner cyber security courses (have a vid on this here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m6fQoJZqfbCdbKc ) and getting started in cyber security here: How to find an entry level cyber security job with no exp/How to get started in cyber security 2021 kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpCqonapqc92iJY I’d also learn some skills for whatever area of cyber security you’re most interested in, ex: pentesting, digital forensics, network security, etc, I have videos on all of these topics/jobs on my channel as well, hope this helps and good luck! 😁

The A+ cert is not required, but it's just a great beginner cert to get started in security for entry level roles!
