Please invert the position of the DM to be facing the door! In feng shuei its the position of power, so that you don't have that primal instict that something can come from behind and kill you, or your players read your notes when entering the room which is much worse.
@brianzollo7 ай бұрын
I agree with this guy
@undertone_dj7 ай бұрын
That would be ideal yes. But The room is a bit cramped, and one can't get up and down from the table from the back position... the side people trap you in, and I need to, fairly often... run to the garage for a new mini or terrain bit.
@emdotambient5 ай бұрын
Plus you can't see when a disgruntled player comes at you for a back attack ... always face the entrance!

@undertone_dj2 жыл бұрын
100%. Makes player death pretty brutal. I'm running a vintage series now with the 1974 "White Box" rules... and boy is it deadly. 3d6 straight down the line for stats, in order (no swaps) and d6 for starting health. We had a fighting man start with 2 hp. We have a dead character nearly every session so far.

Yaaasssss!!!! It was important to me to find a way to balance the book spines, but really showcase the cover art of what I could given the space! I think one design element that really does it favors... the Leather shield , surrounded by the two paintings, gives an important eye rest and centerpiece... whereas the tons of minis and books can get chaotic.

Here's that game: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6qTpJ-Koa6Si8U One of my favorites I've run is my "Curse of Randy Macho Man Strahd" one shot. All monster attacks reskinned to be wrestling moves. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2S0pKdshtyhh5o Another favorite is the Wendys themed "Feast of Legends" game. kzbin.info/www/bejne/goumda2YmamVbdE You be the judge!

geekifyinc.com/ They will print cloth maps. 46" in one dimension (which I use for the vertical axis), then as long as you want in the other. They will do "ragged edged" or straight... I like the look of ragged. You can just google the maps online and send them the file... or hit me up for the files and I'll send them over. The contact page on my company website undertonefx.com will reach me.

Need to take some to clean your figures and the mic effects are a nice touch but since you are like 2 feet from everyone, doesn't really work since both voices are in play together and gets muffled.
@undertone_dj2 жыл бұрын
In the video, my phone is like 6" from my voice... so you're getting more voice than speakers, but the effect is pretty great when one is sitting in the room. Any suggestions for figure cleaning process? They are out collecting dust, so you're probably not wrong that they could use a cleaning. How do you clean yours?

Musta made someone on Ebay rich
@undertone_dj2 жыл бұрын
There's probably a few hundred in Etsy purchases here. The weapons, the dice coasters. Some of the minis. The big spend was really the cost of wood. And the books themselves... from the "RPG Auctions" group mostly, and some from ebay. The minis have probably added up in cost too, but I don't want to think about that. ;)
