After her father died of Covid 19 and all her family including herself contracted the virus; Jhona felt broken, lonely, and completely helpless. She was on the verge of depression and had to find ways to 'stay sane'.

Great job Jonah! You managed to have a positive attitude and mindset even when things were rough and completely negative. It takes a lot to recover from what you have been through. Keep being positive! 👍

My heart goes out to you and your family. I understand what you went through. My story is very similar to yours. My father passed away from Covid-19 on Dec 24th, 2020. A few days before he passed we found out he was positive and in the hospital getting treatment. So we rushed to my parents house to take care of my mom. My mom ended up being positive also. I have 5 siblings we all were positive from going to my parents. All my kids and some of my nieces and nephew also came. No matter how much we social distanced they all eventually got Covid-19. As we went through taking care of my dads funeral and we all had Covid-19 we couldn't hug each other or mourn together. We have now completed our 2 weeks of quarantine. Although my father has passed my mother is a diabetic like your mom too. She made it through Covid-19. I hurts not being able to hug my mom when she had just lost the love of her life. You are not by yourself. I just want you to know we are all gonna be ok eventually. I am still finding closure in my fathers passing. As i write this i am headed home finally after 3 weeks of being away. My mom is also moving in with us. Thank you for sharing your story.
